Hal ini didasarkan pada Peraturan MENPAN RB Nomor 14 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat Unit Penyelenggara Pelayanan Publik.\u00a0 Survei tersbut dilakuakan terhadap 100 Orang Pemohonon SKCK secara random (acak) pada setiap hari pelayanan, Hal tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada Masyarakat.
